Excellent software, now dead. Dead link.  

The software was bought by e-frontier, and they ran it into the ground. This link is dead. It's the last known good version of Moho. Now it's been renamed Anime Studio, split into 2 versions, and both versions offer nothing new at all in the way of features... but they did introduce bugs that break features. It's basically worse software for more money, and.... wait for it... no updates in 2 years. It may be the only such program you can find, but be warned: the new version and the company that sells it are both doing a very, very crappy job. [alert admin]

Oh, one more thing: the new owners fiddled with the support forum's search engine so you can't even search for the word "moho"

Middle C  

Stormchild, you are mistaken. Middle C is a certain note at a certain pitch, period. Any instrument that plays a different note and tells you it's middle C, is just wrong. The MIDI spec assigns specific note numbers to notes in the range permitted by MIDI. They don't change. The number for middle C does not change.
