Yahoo! Widget Engine 4.5 (Mac OS X)

Computer says no.

Too much of a CPU hog for me. Yahoo too much like Microbloat in its invasiveness. Next please. [alert admin]

Synergy 3.5a2 (Mac OS X)

Small bug

Won't automatically load from log-in. Other than that, rock-solid program. [alert admin]

LaunchBar 4.3.3 (Mac OS X)

Simply Brilliant!

LB is for me, the most used tool on the Mac. Great features and very intuitive. Yes there are alternatives out there, but none as easy to use or intuitive. Highly recommended! [alert admin]

Missing Sync for Windows Mobile 4.0.1 (Mac OS X)

I've had it with this rubbish.

This software has pretty much rendered by HTC Touch useless (I MUST be able to sync my data with my Mac). Biggest mistake I made was purchasing this rubbish. When it does work, I have to plug my phone in and switch the power on and off a couple of times for it to recognise a connection. Most of the time I get error reports and it just freezes or shuts down. VT should really have some sort of regulation to prevent this sort of rubbish being listed on their site. [alert admin]

Eudora 8.0.0b1 (Mac OS X)

Why do they bother?

I can't understand why the developers even bother with this. Looks dated, is non intuitive and, for me at least, doesn't seem well integrated with other mac apps. Save your bandwidth. [alert admin]

Missing Sync for Windows Mobile 4.0 (Mac OS X)

Hit and Missing

This software is so not ready for prime-time. Cable sync doesn't work at all (I have to use bluetooth). When every hour or so I get an error message saying that one of Missing Sync's components has just quit and asked to send a crash report. And the Note book simply doesn't work at all. AND when, for what ever reason, it decides to stop working, I have to restart my machine to get it going again. What crap. I sure do wish these guys would test this software properly before charging people for it. [alert admin]

Daylite 3.2.2 (Mac OS X)

Too hard

I've tried and tried to like this program. But, if you don't have it running, you have no alarms. And when you do have it running and the alarms work, they stay hidden. And, it's sooooo unintuitive. I keep trying it every few months hoping that by some miracle, something will 'click', but alas - this program just don't cut it for me. Especially for the price. [alert admin]

UNO 1.5 (Mac OS X)

Wouldn't need this if....

Apple, Apple, Apple. When will you learn? It's one thing to have all these cool products and software, but let's not forget what made Apple cool in the first place. THE USER INTERFACE! This fantastic application wouldn't be needed if you could just stick to one interface theme instead of the absolute mess you've made of your OS. Jeez, talk about inconsistent branding. Don't you people realise that your OS interface and applications are also part of your brand? I highly recommend this application to anyone who likes consistency in their computing experience. Microsoft Messenger 6.0.2 (Mac OS X)

What a JOKE!

I've been trying to get this piece of c--p working for hours. Every time I try to log in it tells me that it needs to verify my email account but does nothing. Tried re-launching, re-loading, and still nothing. How can they actually brand this rubbish? Don't waste your time with this. Absolute rubbish!!! [alert admin]
