In my case it was installed in /Applications/All2MP3.app There's no reason why it shouldn't be there if you let the installer do its duty.

Hi imaago I think this is because the LAME library has to be installed. You can find more info here: http://lame.sourceforge.net/index.php The app is fine, it has it's glitches, but there's no need to be weary in this case. You can always explore a packages contents by right-clicking on it. You are right though to be careful when asked for your admin password.
