Apple Mac OS X 10.6.1 (Mac OS X)
We are all prone to the hurrah regarding any software upgrade..what we rarely acknowledge is that it is an addiction of sorts. So it was that when the Snow Leopard finally grazed into view and at such a reasonable cost, it was a must-have. A quick 30 minute installation and off we go...but where? Fortunately, all programs seem to be running, but day after day, minute after minute, the search for something from SL is turning out to be bust. The machine does NOT run faster, restarts do not happen faster, in fact, as far as I can tell, there is no difference. Now, it should be noted that I personally don't use many of the so called features because they seem like odd little tricks invented to keep people interested, those would be stacks, spaces, storage, stuff and any other single word name Apple can throw at any fairly useless trick. But for an Apple user of decades, these so called upgrade is simply a lie. [alert admin]

Apple iPhone 3.1 (Mac OS X)
I have never had to restart so many times...whatever "goodies" were acquired are shadowed by a less than adequate system. [alert admin]

Apple iTunes 8.1.1 (Mac OS X)
Never been a fan of itunes: too restrictive, too much concern about how and how often I use songs, really Apple, it's none of your business, you’re a program, not a government agency. That said, be forewarned, Limewire will not work on this version. [alert admin]

Apple Safari 4.0b (Mac OS X)
This Safari does not open after installation. A few reports on Apple, but they seem to be busy with other things.... [alert admin]

SpamSieve 2.6.4 (Mac OS X)
I have used this program on and off for years. It used to work very well. The support cannot be better, but unfortunately, with the recent version, it has proved to be of less value than the inherit spam programs included in mail programs. Setting up this program is not easy. It requires much thought, but then again, it only cost $30. But day after day, the wrong email is sent to spam, and the exact same messages that have been flagged now for at least 80 times, keep coming back. Support will suggest that the program is not completely set up correctly, which makes little sense, if it is filing some spam. The real issue is the notion that email that has been marked as good keeps getting tossed and repeatedly the spam from Canadian pharmacies and the like keep reappearing. I have checked on the website and a few people have noted that with the recent release the program, on a mac, has not been as good as before. I concur. [alert admin]

Its always odd when you suddenly find a program quitting after months of working perfectly fine. I have cherished this little program, simple but limited, but quite effective if your hurried---but then, without reason, it quits. Is it the Mac upgrade? When i first downloaded the program it took weeks for me and a tech to get it to work, thus, my deja vu...I also tried the other programs of theirs, and they all ceased to work. The tech is usually very good, but seems to be on vacation right now. [alert admin]

Purchased all three products and simply cannot get them to launch...their support system is quick, efficent and helpful, but no one seems to have an answer why all the programs will not launch...Has anyone encountered the same issues running on MAc os 10.3.5? [alert admin]

Isn't this already built into the application?
IN some ways yes it is. But I actually like this app, it gives a few more details (like resolutions) about your files. I only wish there something that convert automatically jpegs (from within Indesign) to tiffs.

Oh really? This product seems more than difficult...a training period? I realize many of you are computer hacks and enjoy spending hours figuring out scripts, etc....I don't have the time or inclination..and this products requires science..its not easy folks, don't be fooled...
