OfficeTime 1.3 (Mac OS X)
OfficeTime has been an AWESOME program to have! I do a lot of work from home, at work, for different clients and it was VERY confusing for me to keep track of, and send to my boss... Until I found (through Versiontracker) OfficeTime. It has been a great way to keep track of my time because it can multiple categories, each with its own pricing and everything. I can send an invoice by using a pre made template (or custom made) to send off to my boss. I love OfficeTime and would STRONGLY recommend it. I only have 2 small issues with it, one of them not being the dev's fault. If you open an officeTime file of a server, and the next time you open officetime and the server is disconnected, it will hang for a minute. THis is due to OS X's networking most likely. The second is that the interface isn't very "Mac Like" but thats mainly because they want to keep it cross platform, which is understandable. So to conclude, I love this program and would recommend it to anyone. The developers are very very nice and get back to you the second you send them something. This is up there with some of my other favorite Mac Apps like Transmit and BBedit! [alert admin]

Oh My God. Where would I be without launchbar??? Everything it does it does FLAWLESSLY it has never once, EVER crashed, slowed down, ANYTHING! Rarely do I get this excited over a piece of shareware. It is more worth the $20 then any other program. Apple must hire this man. It blows quicksilver out of the water. Its design is awesome also. It drops down from the top of the screen when you need it and is gone when you don't. There's an open with, send file to, move file, copy file features new to 4.(3?). HOLY CRAP. Ok, I am done now. Like I said I wouldn't gush over some random program unless it was flawless, and this is flawless. You need to buy a license NOW! [alert admin]

Amadeus Pro 1.0.3 (Mac OS X)
I have a decent computer. 1.83 core duo macbook 2 gigs ram. I had 3 programs open, and I noticed that my memory and CPU monitors were maxed and the fans were going full speed. I wasn't doing ANYTHING in the program. It was just sitting. I open up activity monitor for a more detailed look then my menu bar stat program could give, and it said it was using 192% if my processor (it may not sound like it makes sence, but remember 2 cores, 200% total) and 80% of my memory and 1.7 gigs of virtual memory! Dreamweaver was open and it wasn't using a fraction! I never had this problem in amadeus 2, just the pro version. AND I WASN'T EVEN DOING ANY EDITING! This may not be a common problem, but it is a big one...so i can't really recomend this program, armadeus II does the job. [alert admin]
