I'm glad I kept a copy of 3.6! Window Shade doesn't even see Internet Explorer. All that happens is Minimize to Dock. [alert admin]

QuicKeys 3.0 (Mac OS X)
Re: Quickeys 3 says it's not a valid key. I too bought the upgrade. The installer first ask for your NEW Activation Key (ver 3.0) and then to confirm (its an upgrade) it asks for your OLD Activation Key (ver 2.x). I had no problem with the Activation Keys. Speaking of Activation one shortcut I really liked was: Computer> Start Screen Saver. Pretty cool to be able to Hot Key the screen saver, however this shortcut has been non-op (Broken) for some time now (since 10.3 Panther). I sent an email to CE regarding this issue: “Monday, October 27, 2003 There seems to be a problem with the Screen Saver shortcut. When Quickeys launches the Screen Saver it kills all keyboard shortcuts. The following is from the console log: 2003-10-27 11:11:50.766 ScreenSaverEngine[978] argument '-psn_0_3145729' not understood I can launch the Screen Saver using a hot corner with no ill affects. Hope this might help you track down the bug! The Mac OS 10.3 is very cool and Quickeys is my number one system enhancement. Thanks for a job well done and bring us the 2.0.2 beta 3 just in the nick of time. If I can be of any further assistance please feel free to contact me. Thanks again! Labels and Cards Pro 1.9.2 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Outstanding support a week ago I sent the following email to: info@metisinternational.com “Re: LabelsAndCardsPro 1.9.1 Two releases ago (version 1.8.9) you added "Preferences > Application Font added." This made me very happy! However this feature has not worked (Broken) in your last two releases. The ability to select a default font puts LabelsAndCardsPro ahead of the competition. Please fix. Suggestion: Adding Default Font "Point Size" would be a great time saver and put LabelsAndCardsPro way ahead of the competition. Thank you! If I can help you in anyway please feel free to contact me. Keep up the good work.” One week later: LabelsAndCardsPro 1.9.2 What’s New: Preferences>Application Font Size added. (to use select size, then click Make Default to make this application preference. Works well. Quicksilver/867_OS… 
10.2.2_w/ Logitech MX 700 wireless mouse. No problems with installation. Preference pane/config_ addresses all buttons and the wheel. I'm using "lite switch" (app switcher) and the app swithcer button on the mouse cycles all the way through all open applications it all so displays the lite switch window when switching.
