I have been using this product for several years and find it extremely useful for storing passwords and other secure information. I also use 1password but wouldn't be without infoxhead because it has saved me on numerous occasions where 1password didn't function properly due to a changed web page format etc. The support team is excellent - I usually get a reply within a few minutes on any issue (the only issue I have had is problems trying to reinstall the software onto a new computer or after I reformat the hard drive). They used to have a policy where passwords expired after a time which was a real pain in the ... They have changed this policy now and the passwords do not expire. I highly recommend this product to keep sensitive information secure. [alert admin]
