Jaws PDF Creator 3.43 (Mac OS X)
Simple. reliable, and EXCELLENT quality 
I have used JAWS in OS9 and was the best PDF creator for a group of projects I had designed. It was the fastest workflow. I use it in OSX in Quark 6.1 and once the setting are done has created the BEST pdf files so far. Trouble free. They are quite large though you can use Acrobat Pro 6.x to reduce the file size as your use allows. I own both Acrobat Pro and Quark with JAWS and will ONLY use JAWS now. [alert admin]
