Jax 1.0.2 (Mac OS X)
iTunes Was Working Too Well For You
I'm going to guess that the term "get more out of iTunes" here refers either to a totally sarcastic bit of marketing wit, or is literally meant to say "get everything you rely on or want the hell out of iTunes, 'cause once this baby's installed, you're never gonna see iTunes work for more than fifteen seconds at a time." Program sucks, and I wish just Life2Go was back, because THAT software worked fine for my iPod info needs. Jax, by contrast, bit so bad the first couple of hours I had it installed, that I uninstalled it. In fact, here's some hilarity for you: while I was trying to uninstall Jax, it popped up and said "You must shut down iTunes to uninstall" and iTunes just crashed before I could even get to it to shut it off. I guess that's the real 'customer service' design Jax offers. Don't worry about shutting off iTunes--we'll do it for you. And that's about all this software does. Back to the programming board, fellas. This one's not even a beta-worthy release yet, much less anything anyone should be asked to pay money for. [alert admin]
