SEEdit 2.0 fc4 (Mac OS X)
This isn't just yet another editor:
- it is a highly specialised Web Site Editor – not a general editor
- it integrates with your tools (BBEdit, Style Master, CSSEdit)
-- a humble, yet brilliant feature, - it creates sites not (just) pages, with folders for includes,
media, scripts etc, and it remembers them afterwards - it helps thick heads put thing in order, both the site, the code,
the css, your images -- with a built-in image center/database - especially: it uses your CSS file as a resource when you work
with the HTML code - but ... SEEdit is just a tool (and not immune against dishonest
reviews) --, valid code is your own responsability, though SEEdit
helps you stay valid! - it includes a previewer -- and it is the closest a text editor
comes a WYSIWYG editor - and there is more ...!
The language/unicode support is not complete yet, but the responsive developer
is working on it!
Try it, and get into it. You will be suprised how interesting and well thought out
the approach is.

HP OfficeJet D series 6.3.4 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
This version is a good attemt of a better userinterface. But they have taken from us the full control over which tray to print from -- that was much simpler to control in all previous versions! And in OS9 one has to use the Settings program over and over. For instance if I want to scan I must run the settings program first to make it selected. The same if I want to print afterwards. I have the model 155 of the D sersies, with network ethernet interface, btw. And I am going to downgrad to 4.7.5 unless the current version is made better. It really isn't useable for us at all as it is. [alert admin]

MacPPP Timer 2.0 (Mac OS 9)
is the only that let me track a 24 hour cycle. Tested with G3, RemoteAccess, OS 9.0, IPNetRouter. Global floating window with global connect/disconnect short cuts. [alert admin]
