AB Transfer 2.3 (Mac OS X)
Eventually - a month later - Turingart got back to us. (Referring to my earlier comment below.) They acknowledged the problem, and offered a full refund - so no money wasted there. I give them four stars because the ultimately did the right thing - it just took awhile. Thanks! [alert admin]

AB Transfer 2.3 (Mac OS X)
After spending roughly $80USD on this then emailing their support twice and posting here over a two week period, I still get no response from this company. It's a shame, really, as it seems they have the only real solution for transferring contacts from ACT! databases. But since that doesn't seem to work anyway, I can't recommend them to anyone. Save you money, don't purchase from them. [alert admin]
