Snail Mail 1.6 (Mac OS X)

The UI is a bit awkward, but the program is reliable.

I like the UI on Easy Envelopes better, but Snail Mail deals with custom envelope sizes much better. So I usually end up using Snail Mail. [alert admin]

Exces 1.1.4 (Mac OS X)

Just a streamlined way of creating an encrypted disk image.

The .exc file created by Exces is a bundle that contains a sparse disk image that is encrypted with your password. Users could do this themselves using Disk Utility. What would really be value added is if Exces could automatically close a disk image after a user specified period of inactivity. [alert admin]

Soulv 1.0 (Mac OS X)

How does this stack up to the alternatives?

This is certainly cheaper than Mathematica, but how does it stack up to free alternatives like mathpad <http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/7898> or Apple's new graphing calculator? [alert admin]
