Transmission 1.34 (Mac OS X)
Don't know why some users may be having problems. This BitTorrent client has been working fine for me on my 2006 MBPro-2,1 running 10.5.5, and using a high-speed cable modem (the connection may be the issue). Newer BitTorrents download much faster than older ones, and more popular TV shows (for example) may have more peers, but this is to be expected. This particular app seems to be updated more frequently than many other alternatives currently available, some of which seem to have been abandoned altogether. [alert admin]

Does not work on Intel MacBook Pro running Leopard
Unfortunately, I could not get this application to work on my MacBook Pro running Leopard. The application opens, loads dictionary (apparently), but does not accept any input. The developer does state that it was designed to work on a PPC Mac using Tiger, and it may be limited to that configuration :-( Any chance for a programming upgrade? Gambatte kudasai! [alert admin]

Installer also hangs with 10.4.11
The installer also hangs while "searching" (more than 3 hours) under Tiger (10.4.11; MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo). Very irritating. [alert admin]

Now it crashes System Prefs on BOTH PPC & Intel notebooks!
It is just a bit difficult to test software when it crashes System Preferences on two different Macs (running the latest version of Tiger). Still waiting........ [alert admin]
