Blue Screen of Death Solve by Tech Support
I placed an earlier reply to someone's review about the BSOD. I had the same problem. I contacted Parallels Tech Support via their website. Within two hours, I got the following reply: Try using solution for problem with BSOD on PD4 -> PD5 upgrade described in Knowledgebase article http://kb.parallels.com/en/6873. Let us know if that would help to resolve the issue or not. I did what the KB article said and all is working fine. It seems that it's an issue with dual processor machines where the Guest OS is set to use 2 processors. Once I changed it to one processor and restarted Windows, it worked fine. I could then change it back to two processors. All is right with the world. [alert admin]

I've been using Virtual TimeClock for 9 years in my dental practice. It has saved me countless hours in payroll paperwork. It has always done just what it's supposed to very well. The few times that I've needed help with it, the developer has answered my requests immediately and gotten me out of the binds (usually of my own doing). I would recommend this application more highly than almost any application I've used. [alert admin]

TrimTheFat 0.7 (Mac OS X)
Breaks Rosetta Stone Version 3
I've used this on literally every app and utility in their respective folders and this is the first app that won't open after being trimmed. With that small exception, I heartily recommend this app. [alert admin]

Program hanging- no response from support after 3 attempts ![]()

I've been using this program for years. The latest version (4.1) hangs at "Clearing system caches" when used in the scheduled Pilot mode. I've tried reinstalling, trashing pref's, etc. I've sent three messages to their support over three weeks and haven't gotten a single response. Very disappointed. I'll be looking into other, similar programs. [alert admin]
