Basic melting temperature widget 1.0 (Mac OS X)

melting temp in what?  

It would be helpful if this utility indicatd whether this is the melting temperature in water or PCR buffer? These would have different melting temperatures in different amounts of salts. SInce you often want the melting temperature for of an oligo for teh purpose of PCR this would be the most useful feature. [alert admin]

DNA Molar Converter Widget 1.0 (Mac OS X)

ds DNA or ssDNA  

Nifty little widget but this widget should really indicate that this tool is for dsDNA and not single stranded. That said a toggle box with the option to select DNA (single or double stranded) would be helpful. An example were this would be applicable would be in estimating the size of molecular weight of oligonucleotides which are in fact single stranded. Looking forward to 1.01 ;) [alert admin]

Sequence Analysis 1.5.3 (Mac OS X)

Good keeps getting better!  

I use this one all the time now. A highly recommend this useful ( and free $$) software. Way to go and thanks for the continued development. One thing that would be useful for future versions would be contig assembly. If that were included this could do everything I need. Other than that.. great piece of software and keep up the good work! -K [alert admin]
