AcidSearch 0.31 (Mac OS X)

Fantastic!

I've been looking for a haxie to do exactly what this does for a long time... Being able to search within my country right from the search window is excellent. You will not be disappointed! [alert admin]

TVguide 0.1 (Mac OS X)

It's what I need...

...but it needs a few more functions put in. Perhaps a menu to select which channel you wish to view and which time frame you wish to view... maybe even a few days in advance? I don't like how the screen is one size that is too large for my 12" PowerBook and can't be adjusted as well. I think the developer is definitely onto something here... please, please keep up the good work. [alert admin]

BluePhoneMenu 1.0.10 (Mac OS X)

Not Useless...

This latest update has solved the problem with my Siemens S55 and the software works great. It has features like recording who called and when and address book doesn't. It is also much smaller and inconspicuous than address book. The only thing that would be quite remarkable, is if it could cross reference the incoming caller number with your address book database and display the name instead of the number. [alert admin]

Stave Jobs 2.0 (Mac OS X)

This is great...

Just what I was looking for - almost... The one thing that could make this app better is the inclusion of a drum clef (yes they do exist!). It is 2 vertical lines spanning the middle 2 stave spaces. Then it would be fantastic! [alert admin]

BluePhoneMenu 1.0.5 (Mac OS X)

Great idea, but...

With the previous release I could connect my Siemens S55 to BPM but it wouldn't display the phones charge and signal strength and incoming calls would make no difference. With this update I can still connect and now it does display the charge and signal strength but incoming calls still make no difference...maybe next time! [alert admin]

DMGscissor 1.0b (Mac OS X)

Fantastic Software...

Very Simple and intuitive software. This is perfect for backing up because there is plenty of software out there that will backup your files to .dmg files but then they're too big to fit on CDR or DVDR. This software lets you do it. To re-open the .dmg files, make sure they're all in the same directory (folder) and double click any one of the files. It works great. I would suggest that there be a drop box that you can drop your .dmg file onto the main window then all it would ask is where your file should go and what you want to call it (might make it simpler)... oh and a help file would be great! DivXRay 2.6 (Mac OS X)

I must agree..

with mabal, this software doesn't work at all well. I've just installed it, selected a vob file and it ran through a verifying process. Before it could finish, it told me that there were no valid audio streams and it showed up erroneous. I recommend FFmpegX... it may take longer to get the "perfect" result but at least it works [alert admin]

Safari Debugger 2.7 (Mac OS X)

Does exactly...

what it says on the tin! Brilliant! I had no idea Safari had this extra menu, it allows safari to immitate other popular browser so that you can use those irritating websites that say you have to be using one particular browser to continue (unfortunately my bank has one of them!). But now thanks to ScifienceStudios I can use this site. As for the bad reviews, THIS SCRIPT IS FREE and it works (where's the problem?). For people like me (didn't know this menu exists & am not profficient in Terminal) this is perfect. [alert admin]

RAW 1.1 (Mac OS X)

Not bad, but...

I've had trouble with this application. When I have more than one window open and one of the windows is recording a live stream, if I close the other window the application crashes. This happens like clockwork everytime I do it. It's a shame, because its an otherwise great app. I'd like to record video as well though! [alert admin]
