GPSBabel 1.3.0 (Mac OS X)
GPSBabel and Garmin Etrex VistaCx 
I had been trying for weeks to get MapSource 6.11.1 to transfer waypoints, tracks and routes to and from my Garmin Etrex VistaCx (via Windows XP Pro, Virtual PC 7.0.2, OSX 10.4 and my PowerBook G4's USB port). Saving and transfering gdb files using GPS Babel finally provided the bridge. Not much documentation, but reasonably self explanatory. [alert admin]
