The Best PAL-NTSC Conversion software 
I happened to google this software when I was editing TV commercial for Nigeria based on NTSC original footage. For the past 5 years, I was looking for the right conversion software. I tried so many softwares. JES Deinterlacer was the best NTSC-PAL conversion software I ever used. So far, I've only tried NTSC to PAL conversion based on NTSC DV QuickTime movie file. But I'm very happy with the result. Only thing that I had to change was to change "Block match threshold" to 400, and check "Remove jaggies" and then I left everything else as default. And I got amazing result from it. I recommend this software 100% for NTSC-PAL conversion. [alert admin]
