FolderBrander 2.1.1 (Mac OS X)
If you are in the business of dealing with file creation and your tight on cash (or your boss/corporation is too cheap to buy file manager software) Folder Brander is an easy way to quickly keep track of multiple files. To me, the program is simple, yet easy to work with. The one thing that I'm not particularly happy about OSX is the cheesy folder icons--(not that it makes an impact on the fact that I love mac's overall style) I hope Leopard has some more versatility in the manipulation of icons. The skinny: I use folder brander whenever I have files that I want to recongnize quickly and I'm very happy with the purchase of the software O [alert admin]

FileSalvage 4.1.1 (Mac OS X)
The program seems to have a nice interface and boasts retrieving good image file turnaround. But for the amount of times it locks up, takes forever to do the datamining, and frequently needs to be forcequit...I'm pretty sure it's not worth the money. I could have paid the same retail for similar software with less headaches. [alert admin]

Simple Diary 2.2.3 (Mac OS X)
If you can't try it before you buy it. The program requires that you go the developers site and pay for the code, otherwise it just keeps counting down from 10. Also you need to forcequit the application. It may be a great app, but I'll never know if I can't even try it! [alert admin]
