Great for Billing and Client Communication 
I have 35 projects and preferred support clients set up with TaB. Tracking activities through iCal is dirt simple. Setting up client access is a breeze. The clients love to see the documentation of work done. They feel in control and I don't have to try to remember what I did 5 weeks ago. The Konfabulator widgets allow me to find appropriate project numbers and phases. Support has been fast and accurate. Feedback has been listened to and acted upon. The product just keeps getting better and better. [alert admin]
