VersionTracker Mobile 1.0.4 (Mac OS X)
doesn't actually track versions of installed mobile software ![]()

VersionTracker for windows tracks software installed on a windows computer. VersionTracker for mac tracks software installed on a mac computer. VersionTracker for mobile is some sort of java RSS news reader aggregator that lets you read news about updated software for mac, windows and os 9. So just to clarify- VersionTracker mobile does NOT track versions of installed software on your celly. totally counterintuitive, misleading and worthless. [alert admin]

Nvu 0.60 (Mac OS X)
I hate having to use "control" instead of "command" to copy and paste. The keyboard layout is done linux/windows style. remembering to do "control-v/c/x" for copy/paste/cut gets annoying. All in all this app feels very raw. ... god I miss MS frontpage. I prefer Taco HTML Edit to this. [alert admin]

StuffIt Expander 9.0.1 (Mac OS X)

Nvu 0.60 (Mac OS X)
i paid for contribute two. the whole .mac deal promo they had running. i haven't upgraded to version three. i'm ashamed to say I really miss front page 2000 from windows. i hope nvu is fun! i've been using taco edit. more than contribute even... I'll post a review later but this is just to say that there is a HUGE DEARTH of good cheap WYSIWYG html editors on mac. now to try Nvu! ps. the linspire emails i've been getting from micheal robertson go on and on about nvu. i have high hopes! MenuTunes 1.0 (Mac OS X)
I'm having problems with the application (menu tunes) stalling. I paid for it because I think its beautiful. album art does show up for songs that contain album art, such as music from the itunes music store. The way the status window slides in and drifts out is beautiful! I can't wait to see new features like an automatic download of album art. is that possible? The application is well worth my money so I bought it since it looks so nice. But what have I paid for? It can only get better because I'm disappointed with it crashing consistently within 15 minutes of starting up. Could it have something to do with my logitech elite keyboard? [alert admin]
