I d/l it to my desktop, double click it and nothing happens other than the program menu appearing at the top of the screen. Can't recommend an app that doens't work. [alert admin]

This software NOT work in 10.4.10 PPC!

I know. The installer crashes unless you uncheck the 'Check for updates automatically' box. Once installed, it just tells me 'No device found'. Um, a $90 mouse better be found!
