Notae 1.2.2 (Mac OS X)
This is simply a nifty little application which does what it advertises. I use it primarily to save news clippings. The clippings can be tagged and can easily be searched by keyword. I recently had a question and contacted the developer via his web site. Within minutes, I had his reply. Problem solved. I recommend Notae highly. [alert admin]

This is great! I am not why sure I have had trouble in the past viewing French TV news via the respective web sites. Now this app comes along and it works like breeze. Genial. [alert admin]

gBrowser 1.5b22 (Mac OS X)
I would have liked to rate higher but it just does not work consistently. In my case, gBrowser was unable to generate thumbnails for many image files. Other contenporaneous digital image files were converted to thumbnails without any problem. Asked developer for help but he only advised that gBrowser may be unable to generate thumbnails for certain files. [alert admin]

Apple iPhoto 1.1.1 (Mac OS X)
iPhoto 5 stars if I could get the slide show working again like it did in the original version. Everything else works great. Slide show freezes after 2-3 pictures every time. The music continues... I am then stuck as no there is no response to any keystroke except the reset button. Oddly, the screensaver function works great. I have sought a solution everywhere I know but, so far, to no avail. Hopefully, the next upgrade will resolve this. [alert admin]
