With All Due Respect!  

i've been using ScreenTool for 3 months w/o registration. finally purchased the 3/$20 package. was immediately rewarded by CitrusSoftware with 8 (eight) of the applications from their stable. i loaded ScreenTool, Clipz and ScreenMenu apps, verified their effectiveness, fired off a query to the developers, and in 7hrs got return email personally thanking me for my purchase with an assurance that the developers was Giving me the 5 extra apps....i'm impressed and grateful. Comic Life 1.2.6 (Mac OS X)

Comics are just the Beginning  

during the past two years i've replaced word-processing software with documents created in Comic Life.. really, fax cover sheets, program advertisements, student school identification badges, resumes, greeting cards, meeting agendas, office signage, informational posters, training manuals and, oh yeah, some cartoons. this software combined with digital images and video is simpler and more authentic in the production of both personal and corporate communications than much of the template art that runs rampant in the digital world. try working with the basic white-filled shapes against a dark background- add some shadows, play with the shape's fill opacity; copy and paste some of the shapes and suddenly you've got an intriguing graphic rendering. simple/complex one-two-three point perspective is my next challenge.
