Anthracite Web Mining Desktop Toolkit 1.7.2 (Mac OS X)

I've had nothing but problems. The software actually works but expect major hassles trying to use it. For example, in the last major update the developer made you update the operating system from Panther to TIger. That's right, even if you were satisfied with Panther and with Anthracite it stopped working until you updated to Tiger. I've never seen a developer cripple the software like this. Now the serial number changes when ever the developer feels like changing it. Even with no version change. Just at his whim!!!!! Again I've never seen software that you buy and then stops working at the whim of the developer. Unless you like headaches, This is just not worth it. [alert admin]

paid through paypal. NEVER received serial number. 3 emails to developer went unanswered [alert admin]
