I have not run any side by side comparisons on DropDV 1.x and 2.x. There does not appear to be any use of multiprocessing on my G4 Dual 1.42 PowerPC. Listed as a new feature for 2.x, is “Multiprocessor enabled.” I am curries what this means in the MAC world? While an application may be aware of multiprocessors, it is something again to exploit that environment. I have not observed any sign that this is being done. Multiprocessing allows the execution of more than one task at a time. This application does not warrants a price increase of 100%. Is this code entitled to be called shareware code? I worked as an Advisory Systems Engineer for 24 years. I wrote code for the operating system. This code runs on over 40 large frame IBM systems. The system is written to run on multiple CPUs. It can dispatch the same code on one or more CPUs. It can subtask and run different code on different CPUs. [alert admin]

UltraPointer 1.0.5 (Mac OS X)
I am visually impaired. For around a year I have been using a product called Pinpoint. PinPoint helps you locate your pointer on the screen by displaying a graphic of your choice around it. It is great when you have many monitors or to work outside in the sun on your PowerBook or iBook. PinPoint is FREE for the visually impaired. You still need to contact the vendor to request a special registration code just for you! This will disable the warning but leave the custom pointers disabled. AND the product is only $10. I am visually impaired and use the Zoom feature in Universal Access all the time on an Apple 21" display. Try this will the Apple Application switcher: Zoom the display to 2x. Look at any part of the display, other than the center. Press Command Tab. Try to move the cursor to the middle of the screen so that all open applications may be viewed. YOU CANNOT DO IT. With LiteSwitch you can! Having been visually impaired from birth, I just love…

Did you get a answer about the message ""Sorry, Appearance OSAX has expired." I get the same message when running Sync Entourage-Address Book.app or Run Sync Script.

I had to remove Little Snitch to prevent the corruption. Just turning off did not prevent the whole problem.
