SubEthaEdit 2.0 (Mac OS X)

Excellent

Finally a SubEthaEdit update! It's awesome, it's nice, it's just great 42 is the universal answer, as from Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, and it's name is from that too, reference to SubEthaNet Great program... it's FREE by the way, only for NON-commercial use, so a university should qualify --jerome [alert admin]

The Manor 0.12.5 (Mac OS X)

There's...

There's unnecessary commentary on both PalaceChat and The Manor's VT reviews. People taking sides like politics. I personally do prefer Palace, but that's really only because of money. I usually pay for shareware I like, but unsure of a yearly 'subscription' type cost. I know developing takes a lot of time and money is definitely needed, but a yearly cost seems like it should be associated with a service, like the Manor's main server i suppose. As for how the manor is, it just needs some UI improvements and some stability fixes(which this fixed some looks like) But the UI really could be mac-ified a lot more the scripting is definitely good, python is powerful, would rather do that than iptscrae... backwards language. Neither of the 2D avatar chat programs deserve putting down, both developers are putting serious time into them making excellent software. I don't really like the manor yet but it could change, i still wouldn't give it a low rating like i did previously, it deserves a fair rating, but it's definitely still under development but progressing well. Both projects will hopefully go well, hopefully Manor will get a better UI and PalaceChat some scripting, :) [alert admin]

Magic Number Machine 1.0.8 (Mac OS X)

Groooovy

Awesome app, first fully featured calculator i like for OS X so far, awesome. The developer is very nice and prompt with bug fixes, told him about a weird bug recently and he updated pretty quick :) [alert admin]

The Manor 0.12.3 (Mac OS X)

Ok...

The python scripting is definitely a nice feature and something missing with the OS X options for Palace. But interface is a bit yucky, bit unstable(tho version suggests it's still heavy development) Yearly registration is a bit steap for what seems to be a limited improvement over Palace Hopefully palaceChat will impelement scripting and it can then be more complete. The Manor is still being worked on so i'm sure it'll improve and will continue to check it out :) [alert admin]

PalaceChat 1.2.6 (Mac OS X)

Excellent

PalaceChat is an excellent client for the palace visual chat servers. It really is only missing iptscrae, but i wouldn't blame the author, or even expect him to do such support. I myself am a programmer and would not want to touch iptscrae parsing, i barely even like iptscrae itself... backwards.... Mansion may have support for many things, but it's limited to itself. Most people are switching from palace, so until then PalaceChat is a great OS X palace solution. and applewiz or whatever, it's very rude to give something a bad review and rant about something barely related. it had nothing to do with palacechat directly or how welll Pawn has done with programming in REALBasic best REALBasic app i've seen, excellent work. Needs options

Great start, and a good idea of a way to access the iPod music But there should be options for folder organization style I prefer to organize by artist/album/song and not include genre since not all my music is correctly tagged with genres $2 isn't bad.... tho not really 'free' but worthwhile i think if some options/features were added for sure 4 stars, 5 if sort options are added :) [alert admin]
