DSBRTuner 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)
Works with Mac OS 10.5.2! Thanks stefano4 for the snap-on type ferrite block (RF interference fighter) idea, you can get one from radio shack for $6 or be like me and remove them from power or other cords on broken electronics. [alert admin]

PowerLogix CPU Director 2.3b5 (Mac OS X)
3 MONTHS!!! Hey i'll be happy if they just continue supporting 10.4.x til the end, wouldn't mind if they didn't support 10.5. Who knows if 10.5 will even run on a PPC... may be INtel only... It did freeze while installing CPU Director... reboot and it fine now. I'm Giving 'Price' one star because it cost me 3 months [alert admin]

PowerLogix CPU Director 2.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
'Processor Performance' under Energy Saver
I installed PowerLogix CPU Director 2.1 and instantly it seemed like I had my 400 mhz processor back in my machine... I've been waiting for a new update because I thought something is wrong with this version, I came here to post a complaint... then I read the part under 'What's new in this version' about support for processor preformance... then I set 'Processor Preformance' in the Energy Saver control panel to 'Highest'... and now I'm back to 1.1ghz... thank you powerLogix for adding a feature that makes my computer slower then Sap running up a tree, made scrolling down on a webpage and Magnification of the dock impossible... and driving me insane for the last month! rainbow fader 4.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
i like version 4 better then 5... 4 is better to use with AIM then 5, 5 you have to cut and paste the text... that good for using it with everything else becides aim. in 5 the colours are harder to figure out, i wish it could just be intergrated into AIM as a script or something. but still a good job [alert admin]

RandomExtra 2.0 (Mac OS X)
Yes, it is awesome, and apple should have it built in, I had two issues, one, it made one of my screen savers very slow, and it was the simplest one. Two: I have another screen saver that slowly blurs the screen, well RandomExrta makes the screen black first so it totaly messed the effect up, I ended up just deleting the built in screen saves (by giving myself permission to alter the folder "System:Library:Screen Savers") and using apples random screen saver, but you can't delete "Computer Name" & "Pictures Folder" but i don't mind them, deleteing ".Mac" was alittle tricky, I had to give myself permission to alter the same folder and then accessed the the folder with a Networked MacOS 9 machine and deleted the "." then with MacOS X deleted it (I'm sure you could do the same but rebooting the machine into 9). XLR8 MACh Speed Control X 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Why should we pay for the product and not get the software for free? XLR8 MACh Speed Control 1.0 if free and is floating around the internet... it enables the cach under Mac OS X and thats all it does. If you have a biege G3 Mac OS X will install just like normal, if not or if you have an unsupported Mac you can use XPostFacto to install Mac OS X. [alert admin]

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DO THIS? Making good high quality files (FLAC) from crappy low-quality files (MP3) just makes big low-quality files... taking more space and still sounding bad.
