Fire 0.29.b (Mac OS X)
good, but with a couple of major problems: Firstly; the IRC service crashes Fire every time for me. Secondly (and far more importantly), whilst you can mark yourself 'invisible', there's no way to add a buddy to your "always visible" list (or "always invisible" for that matter). Both Proteus and ICQ offer this function. [alert admin]

OmniWeb 4.1b1 (Mac OS X)
better and better. Quite simply the BEST web browser available for any platform. Awesome [alert admin]

SearchGoogle.service 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)
a really sweet little gizmo. Great job! appleaday780k: the reason it doesn't work with OfficeX and BBedit, is that system services are only available to cocoa apps - the apps you mention are carbon. This is a limitation of the carbon api and yet another good reason to use cocoa apps wherever possible :) [alert admin]

hypNet X 1.0b2 (Mac OS X)
but would be a lot more useful with ICQ and yahoo support too (hint, hint) ;-) [alert admin]

Monica X 3.0pb2 (Mac OS X)
Monica this time last year - I can't believe it has taken all these months just to re-compile using the fixed version of RealBasic without actually improving the functionality of the program. Frankly this is just totally outclassed by iGetter.... [alert admin]

Impasse 1.0 (Mac OS X)
some of the alternatives (notably Brickhouse), but a whole lot easier to use. A helluva nice little utility and darned good value :) [alert admin]

Phoenix X 1.5.2 (Mac OS X)
in the extreme. To be avoided. FWIW iJournal (formerly called LiveJournal for OS X) is far superior and a cocoa app to boot. [alert admin]
