Unable to expand file

I have DL the canadian.sit file 3 times, but was unable to expand it. Error message says file may be corrupted (#17537). Any idea? [alert admin]

Vérification des autorisations

Utilitaire de disques ne peut réparer les autorisations de mon disque (Erreur: aucun paquet valide (-9997)). Onyx ne dit rien, mais après éxécution du script de maintenance, j'ai toujours le même problème avec Apple utiltaire de disque. Donc rien ne semble avoir été fait par Onyx. [alert admin]
