Nova icons 1.0 (Mac OS X)
how about a screenshot of some of the icons so we don't have to download 17.5MB without knowing if we like the way they look [alert admin]

Button Builder 4.0 (Mac OS X)
I don't like the interface on this new version much, Version 3.x was nice and simple to use; i found Version 4 to be quite clumsy to use, e.g. I couldn't figure out how to apply color to text - I could have looked at the manual to get a better understanding but I didn't have to bother in 3. Also I thought the supplied buttons in V3 were much nicer. I don't think I'll bother upgrading, but that's just me :-) [alert admin]

httpmail plugin 1.34 (Mac OS X)
I hope you folks having problems with this read the insructions properly? There is an important step to take relating to the terminal in the read me, make sure you do it or it won't work. This thing works flawlessly on my 10.3.2 AiPBook and I haven't had other problems with it on earlier versions. [alert admin]

IntelliMerge X 3.5.2 (Mac OS X)
This is a good program and is reasonably easy to figure out how to use the basic features. Unfortunately the only help documentation available is for version of 2 of the product (current release is 3.5.2 doesn't come with any) and it is impossible to find a link to the help page at the developers website. They are not very helpful in this regard either:
Here is a transcript of an email session i had with the developer recently on this issue:
Me: how are people supposed to work out how to use this program?
Them: I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Me: The only documentation i can find is over 2 years old and appears to be for version 2?
Them: Yes, that's correct. The currently available document is available here: xxx
Me: when is new documenttion being prepared for the new features added?
Them: I'm sorry, but I can't discuss unreleased product information, timelines, or future release plans per company policy.
The developers offer to provide help and support via email but that's not much use when i have to get an email out NOW and can't figure out why half of the messages can't be sent because of "Protocal Errror 450".
... so if this doesn't bother you grab a copy.
For the wishlist: I'd like to be able to send a HTML or TEXT message dependant on the recipients preference but this is not possible (or, without any help documentation I can't work out how to do it) at the moment.

BBEdit 7.0.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
BBEdit T-Shirt - i wore it out after wearing it so many times. Sort of like the program itself, wonderful. [alert admin]

piece of software. For all those people complaining about getting caught using a stolen serial number - be grateful the developer of all your other bits of pirated software don't do this. For us losers who paid for it, we are now enjoying the benefits of the upgrade I'll give it 5 stars when we have "PopupFolder" like functionality in the finder. [alert admin]

Intego Personal Backup X 10.0.1 (Mac OS X)
it to work? congratulations!! Version 10.0 and 10.0.1 both stall when i try to do anything. As a longtime user of the classic version of PB I think i will forsake upgrading to X in favour of "Silverkeeper" which works great and is FREE!! [alert admin]

excellent system addition, a couple of features i'd like to see include the ability to option-click a file inside a Save dialog to pick up the name of the file that was clicked on and clicking over an open folder in the finder so the open/save dialogue boxes to go to that folder. With MaxMenus and DFX on my system i feel miles in front of where i was with OS 9. Keep up the good work guys. [alert admin]
