TexShop 1.29 (Mac OS X)
One of the Best Program on the Mac to Edit TeX-Files. 
There are some features I miss but it's one of the best programs on the Mac to typeset with TeX. I use it to write my scientific documents on my Mac. [alert admin]

MacMegaPOV 1.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Better than the official version

POV-Ray 3.5 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
I’m using POV-Ray for more than 10 years (with some breaks), but the mac version is not very useful under Mac OS X 10.2.6. It takes much more time to render the same scene than MacMegaPov or the command-line version installed via fink. It has a subtile (and documeted) bug with the file open dialog. I couldn’t figure out how to use a INI file. [alert admin]
