Great Product - Excellent Support  

Unlike the person below that seems not to know what is going on, I have used this product since I opened up my pet supply store and photo studio over 2 years ago. Since it uses Filemaker, I can add in my own stuff, run websites, and many other operations that I can do myself at a fraction of the cost of any other system and their add-ons. Have always had good support and have been very responsive to my concerns. I use the nodes for trade shows with no problems. I would recommend with anyone running a small to medium sized retail store. [alert admin]

Punch It 2.5.3 (Mac OS X)

Could be good, but no support  

I was looking for a basic time clock system for my business. I was using something I came up with, but it wasn't secure enough to keep my employees from changing their hours. I downloaded the test version of this software and loved it. I had used it for a couple of weeks. I went online and purchased and entered in the code. The I found out there was a bug in the code that keep it in an infinite loop asking if I agree to the terms, then it would say it was ready, then ask me to agree again. So I e-mailed support (as they said they gave 60 days worth of e-mail support)...and waited. A week later I tried again, nothing. Went to their forums, left a note there...nothing. Absolutely the worst thing I've had to deal with. [alert admin]

MarginMaster 5.4 (Mac OS X)

This product rocks  

This little gem is a great asset to my small retail business that I just opened. I was needing a way to figure margins, and was having to do everything manually..which takes forever. Now with a few clicks, I have everything I need. Great job! [alert admin]

Transmit 2.6.2 (Mac OS X)

This product is the best...  

I have been using this for several weeks now using the trial version. It downloads my sites much much faster than dreamweaver. I can download several different folders at once which speeds the time up when I have large amounts of files! [alert admin]
