Adobe Reader 7.0.7 (Mac OS X)

Browser-driven reader

This version of Reader for Mac users can only be accessed through your browser. It's not your usual 'click & open' process (which will only result in a crash/automatic closing of the Reader program). Instead, drag your pdf file into an open browser window (works fine in Safari but less well in Firefox if various options are blocked. I only figured this out by reading down the list of instructions on the Adobe website. It's not well (aka, clearly) explained otherwise. Who's crazy about this format? Weird... Why change what worked perfectly well as a 'click and open'? [alert admin]

Descender 1.4 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

only two tile options?

Decent game, tho unremarkable... About 4 years behind game design, and this doesn't really reflect the elegance of OS X. How about more tile options? Better menu that doesn't require digging back through the window? Ability to quit at any time, again, without having to click back several times through the window. $12 for this fairly static game is expensive... [alert admin]

Jack-O-Mac 1.1 (Mac OS X)

Not so useful

Earlier comment about easy way to remove this would be extremely useful. See nothing in the read-me about this, nor is plist easily found...nor does clicking on image open any file... SMASH THIS PUMPKIN! [alert admin]

only two tile options?

Another annoyance: this should be a full version test option. Cheap trick to make user think that once uncloaked, fully loaded options are much better than test version.
