I used to run rsync in my terminal window to get my files backed up. I had my accompanying text file with all the strings typed out to quickly copy in paste. Now this utility does rsync for me with a great user interface. I recommend it! [alert admin]

frequent Terminal user, but I am also a Mac user. This program delivers what it promises--beautifully. I should also note that it is really convenient when you must delete the same file over and over and over again. You just keep the app running and get it done fast. It does not get better than this.
