Still doesn't work.  

Despite updates by the writer, and new versions of both iTunes and Tiger, my Sony K550 still does not sync songs, the main reason to use the software. The iPhoto function works great, but iTunes always copied "0/0" songs, and deletes any songs I had on my phone's memory card. So I'm still dragging the songs manually in the finder instead. Oh well. Carbon Copy Cloner 3.0 (Mac OS X)

Caused kernal panic and overheating  

So, my MacBook Pro 2007 kp'd during the process (don't know when, as the screen was blank) and the machine got super hot. Since you launch the app and go away (since it takes hours) this is bad news, as I don't know how long my machine was burning up for. I know it kp'd because I sent a bug report, and it listed the panic as the final event. Some sort of trap error... previous version didn't do this. Used CCC for years, disappointed in this beta released as final (and I paid money, too)... :( [alert admin]
