i made a .png with transparency, dropped it into this little beauty, selected create directory and hey presto! an i con which i can copy & paste onto a folder/document. couldn't ask for any more from a free app. [alert admin]

Uptime Overlord 1.0 (Mac OS X)

did not work

i am very disappointed in this app. It used 95% CPU cycles on my 2.0GHz iMac G5. when it came to un-installing the app (about 10 mins after installing) i found that the script which was bundled did not un-install the app - i copied & pasted the script into terminal, which replied with some gibberish, but didn't un-install the app. I don't know how to use the terminal... most people don't. Ceefax Viewer 1.0 (Mac OS X)

doesn't work....

...for me at least. when i popen the widget, i get a blank black screen with the seefax logo at the top... nothing ever happens. Also, when i click the 'i' and turn the widget over to adjust it's prefs, i cannot find a button to turn it back over again. [alert admin]
