GraphPad Prism 4.0b (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
This is one of the better graphing/statistical packages out there on the mac. Their technical support is one of the best I have encountered. Tech support has even helped me to understand my statistical results. Although the graphic capabilities are quite good, they really need to allow more complicated ANOVAs (e.g. 3-way) in the program. In addition, there is not enough scriptability built into the program. But even so, it's probably the best graphics/statistical program on the Mac. Don't even consider SPSS, use this instead. Growl 0.5 (Mac OS X)
I've tried this product twice hoping it would notify me of incoming mail. I have three e-mail accounts in Mail.app. Whenever an e-mail arrived, it would wrongly alert me to the wrong account; e.g., "mail has arrived in account Gmail" when it should have said ".Mac" GrowlTunes was also buggy. RsyncX 2.1 (Mac OS X)
I've used RSyncX twice to clone a drive to a new HD; it worked flawlessly both times. CCC never worked when I tried to clone to a new HD. I also use RSyncX 1-2 times a week to back up my data and its worked perfectly. [alert admin]

They have a version 5 in private beta. If you e-mail them, they may be willing to let you try it. I've been using version 5 beta and it works fantastic--much more mac-like than version 4. :-)

Did exactly what I needed it to do when Apple's Finder failed. Thank you.
