Prefling 2.1.1 (Mac OS X)
An alternative if it doesn't work for you...
I loved Prefling in Jaguar, but couldn't get it to work in Panther. I just recently figured out how to make a folder full of aliases to the preference panes I use the most and I put that folder in the dock. Service Scrubber 1.1.4 (Mac OS X)
I can't get 1.1.4 to launch in Panther (and I see on the forum at the developer's site that at least one other person has had the same problem). Would love to get an older version to try. [alert admin]

If you're looking for the free Panther version...
http://support.newsgator.com/Individual/NetNewsWire/default.aspx is the Newsgator page that has the current versions and some older versions, and very importantly, version 2.1.5, the free version Newsgator recently made for Panther. [alert admin]
