bin file which can't be extracted to anything I can run. Toast thinks it's a Toast file and it cannot be mounted as a disk image. This is junkware. [alert admin]

EasyDivx 1.1 (Mac OS X)
do not be exporting anything out of Quicktime Pro when you run EasyDivx because EasyDivx needs to open Quicktime to set up the files correctly. Great program! [alert admin]

SHOUTcast 1.8.3 (Mac OS X)
sits there saying "server down" on the shoutcast status page. No useful documentation to speak of as to how to actually use it. Poor poor poor. You are better off with mod_mp3 for Apache. [alert admin]

see this on OSX, however, the speed needs to be improved. it's quite jerky on my iMac 400 MHz. I'll probably still play this one in OS9 until they can solve this problem. [alert admin]
