Nicotine 1.0.8rc3 (Mac OS X)

Okay... I download the Application, it then becomes a folder, I execute the application itself, X11 starts shortly thereafter... Nicotine icon goes away(gets closed?), I get then a terminal window for commands... ? No interface... Does this application NOT work on Intel based Macs? Thanks [alert admin]
