Bought product off web site. Software didn't work from the time I installed. I immediately e-mailed support and never got a response. I e-mailed support two weeks later and got a response requesting more information. I sent further information and the e-mail bounced. Sent several other e-mails those bounced. Could not find a phone number listed for support in software documentation. If you must purchase, purchase from an authorized dealer with a money back policy. I feel as if I got scammed. Would not recommend doing business with this company for this or other products. [alert admin]
