Does what it says and it's even free - thanks a million to the developer for this piece of trouble-free software. And there are even standalone versions for PPC and Intel besides the universal build to be found on the developer's page! [alert admin]

SuperDuper! 2.0.1 (Mac OS X)
Beware - broken aliasses and symlinks
I don't know what is causing this and why not everybody is complaining about it, but versions 2 and 2.0.1 break all of my aliases and symlinks when doing a complete erase and copy clone. All maintenance tasks had been run before as had always been done. Reverting back to v1.5.5 made everything go back to normal, i.e. an indispensable utility for everybody who needs a fully working backup copy of their startup volume. [alert admin]

I am happy with this because it does all I need, i.e. help me download the torrents I would…

I do not think you can compare CPU usage in such a simple way. With an app like this, you never know how much computing is needed to answer incoming requests, react to varying network condititions out there etc. These things can vary every second and can therefore not be reproduced or compared. When the programmer changes the way his application works he usually has a reason for it.

Disk Utility seems to be repairing the same things each time I run it which I don't like at all. And the possibility to verify the boot disk is grayed out on my system like it used to be before the update. - I did all the recommended maintenance things before and after updating... Is there some trick I missed?
