Safari New Tab Button 1.5 (Mac OS X)
It appears that someone is removing comments regarding the legality of this person charging money for a modified version of Safari. [alert admin]

Midnight Mansion 1.1.3 (Mac OS X)
Is there any way to play Midnight Mansion with a controller/gamepad of some sort? I find playing games via the keyboard difficult. [alert admin]

Power64 4.9.5 (Mac OS X)
Anyone know what is new in this version? The last version released was 4.9.3, unless I missed 4.9.4, and I can't find a list of the changes. Power 64 (and Power 20) are nice emulators but they're written in machine language for the PowerPC and an Intel/Universal version will never be released. I also understand (from the developer) that there won't be any new features. [alert admin]

Apple Mac OS X 10.4.11 (Mac OS X)
What happened to the Intel version?
Yesterday the Intel version of 10.4.11 was listed here at Versiontracker and today there is no sign of it. I installed it and while Safari 3.0 is working, it looks like crap. I posted a comment about it and I would like to see if anyone is having the same problem but where is the update? ARGH. [alert admin]

Apple Mac OS X 10.4.11 (Mac OS X)
I don't know what's going on with this update but Safari 3 looks absolutely horrible. The drop downs and buttons on some webpages no longer look like Aqua. They're plain boxes that remind me very much of Firefox. This is not an improvement. Ugh. [alert admin]

7zX 1.6.3 (Mac OS X)
Just a note to those people who said 7zX wasn't working for them. You have to drag files and drop them on the 7zX icon for it to work and work it will. I tested compressing a text file, a graphic image and a folder of mixed files. Everything went off without a hitch. Combine 7zX with The Unarchiver (see http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/30810 ) and you'll be as happy as a clam. Stuff it, Stuffit. [alert admin]

Scenario Poker 2.6 (Mac OS X)
Most fun you can have for $10.
The Scenario Poker widget gets more use than all my other widgets combined. It's an awful lot of fun and I highly recommend it. I'm posting this as a commentary rather than a review because I wanted to comment on what a great guy the developer (Todd) is. He is by far the most pleasant and accommodating software developer I've ever encountered. I was blown away by the level of service he offers his customers (even customers who only spend $10.) David Watanabe could learn a thing or two from Scenario Software. [alert admin]

Transmission 0.72 (Mac OS X)
Transmission gets better with every release and I continue to use it. My only complaint is that it has a memory leak. I boot my system, I load Transmission and start a download and when I come back 8 hours later, I'm down to a few megs of free RAM from 2GB. That's not good. [alert admin]

iTerm 0.9.5 (Mac OS X)
I've been using OS X for six years now and I've finally found a terminal that can replace Apple's Terminal. Full screen is a killer feature. My only gripe is that the configuration/prefereces are difficult to use with somewhat sparse documentation. I've been hacking about for the last hour and I still haven't got a handle on it. It would be lovely if that shortcoming were addressed. [alert admin]

The way widgets are rendered by the browser have absolutely nothing to do with the HTML being used. HTML calls for a drop-down and the OS/browser provides it. This is a screwup on Apple's part.
