Seiko Smart Label Printers 1.7.2 (Mac OS X)

Software downloaded ok but I receive the following message when I open the program "Smart Label Printer cannot find any label printers attached to your computer." Printer is on and connected. Any suggestions? Thanks. [alert admin]
