Web Help Desk 7.1.2 (Mac OS X)
This application has been a very good and very complete app. It has had just about everything that I have been looking for in a helpdesk application. The programmers have also been very responsive and very knowledgeable in the technology he uses to make WHD. (Thanks Jonathan).
