Boomerang Data Recovery 2.1.11 (Mac OS X)
Paid $199 for licence and when software did not work on my system there got no response from customer service. I paid via Paypal so requested a refund from them which they refused as it was a software serial code. This triggered a response from Boomerang who invalidated my serial number but still refused a refund. So they basically stole my money. Very disappointed with Paypal and Boomerang. [alert admin]
