The bundle had to be in /Library/InputManagers/ (not in ~) and chowned and chmodded (along with SafariBlock.) Although it works, the Flash blocking isn't really useful as designed. It would be nice to be able to set a whitelist of sites that it's okay to receive Flash from, like YouTube, FunnyOrDie, etc. and block all the rest. Or, conversely set blacklists like always block Flash from doubleclick, *.ru, etc. [alert admin]
