Dashboard KickStart 2.3 (Mac OS X)
since installing this on 2 macs (intel, G4), running leopard... seems Spaces stalls, then, after a few tries, works. am uninstalling kickstart, will see if it makes a difference. [alert admin]

items all show up in the 'more' menu. would be much more efficient in the main contextual menu (and yes, i have no idea if that is difficult to implement). a great app, tho (as i was waiting for fruitmenu). will def play with some more (just downloaded!) [alert admin]

just updated this, and the app is NOT asking for password on wake from sleep (on 2 macs!); was working just before today's update... also....both macs take an unusually long time to sleep with the app on... ?????!!!!! [alert admin]

it IS great... i have started hiding my dock, so i can use my 12" powerbook fullscreen (photoshop, logic, etc) having a menubar readout is totally useful..!

there are lots of other options: hiding the dock BEHIND windows (great for me with using some apps fullscreen on a 12" powerbook) locking icons in the dock; showing hidden files, or system files; other things (i've tried & don't use...but useful for someone...)

8pm, and trying again, no luck. am on 10.3.8, using safari. i tried unchecking "open safe files" in prefs, etc. also tried to access http://solewood.atspace.com/ directly, and would not load. not sure why, but everything else is working...
