Sno 2006.12.8 (Mac OS X)
This is a really cool app especially for those of us who love winter and snow. The only problem I've come across though is in the screensaver: I keep trying to change the preferences, but once I quit system preferences the sno prefs go back to default. Any suggestions? [alert admin]

I agree that DVDRemaster is a great application, especially for people who want to keep the original look of their DVD (i.e. menus etc.), but want to delete extraneous content. I've been getting that everytime I rip a "Lost Season 2" DVD. I rip them to my hard-drive just long enough to use HandBrake on them and convert them to MPEG4 files. My problem was the audio on the otherwise fabulous MPEG4 files was missing. So, I used DVD2OneX2 to extract the movies and then everything was fine. I could rip the MPEG4 files with full sound. Not really sure…

Have you tried downloading Kill The Ripper? As you may or may not know MTR keeps a record of all of the DVDs you've ripped since you started using it. From your message it sounded like the problem arises when you're trying to rip, not burn a DVD. Perhaps MTR has a built-in stopper if you've ripped too many movies. Using Kill The Ripper deletes all of those files quickly…
